For orders within Canada, we partner with Canada Post, UPS, and Chit Chats to provide reliable and efficient delivery options.
For U.S. orders, we use Canada Post and Chit Chats. Both services handle the shipment to the U.S., where it is transferred to United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.
All shipments come with tracking, allowing you to monitor your order every step of the way. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $10 USD restocking fee. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If items appear used or are not in new condition, the return may be denied, and the purchaser will be responsible for arranging return shipping.
