Canada Shipping

For orders within Canada, we partner with Canada Post, UPS, and Chit Chats to provide reliable and efficient delivery options.

United States Shipping

For U.S. orders, we use Canada Post and Chit Chats. Both services handle the shipment to the U.S., where it is transferred to United States Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery.

Tracking

All shipments come with tracking, allowing you to monitor your order every step of the way. We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

  • Where do you ship to? Currently, we are only shipping to the US and Canada but are working towards shipping to other countries as soon as possible.
  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Is import tax included? Wanderwag is not responsible for any import duties, VAT fees, brokerage fees, customs, or taxes incurred on international shipments; these charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Based on our experience, U.S. orders valued under $800 USD generally do not incur import taxes. Please note that we cannot offer refunds if you choose not to accept your package due to additional customs fees. If you are unsure about the potential charges, please contact your local customs office for further information.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $10 USD restocking fee. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If items appear used or are not in new condition, the return may be denied, and the purchaser will be responsible for arranging return shipping.
