We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and the UK. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

Shipping Costs

$15 CAD flat-rate shipping within Canada
$15 USD flat-rate shipping to the USA
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Import Taxes & Duties

Wanderwag is not responsible for any import duties, VAT fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs, or taxes on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Starting August 28, 2025, new U.S. regulations mean that orders shipped from Canada to the United States are subject to duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Due to new U.S. regulations, shipping times may be longer than expected. Please note that orders held at customs are beyond our control.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees and duties. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If items appear used or are not in new condition, the return may be denied, and the purchaser will be responsible for arranging return shipping.
