We currently ship to Canada, the USA, and the UK. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

Shipping Costs

Shipping will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Import Taxes & Duties

Wanderwag is not responsible for any import duties, VAT fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs, or taxes on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you choose not to accept your package due to customs fees, we cannot offer refunds. If you’re unsure about potential charges, please contact your local customs office for more details.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees and a $10 CAD restocking fee. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. If items appear used or are not in new condition, the return may be denied, and the purchaser will be responsible for arranging return shipping.
