Order Questions
We’ll keep you updated through email and will send a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress and estimated arrival. If you need to update your address before shipping, please reach out to our customer service team here to ensure it arrives at the correct location.
Please contact us here immediately. Customers have a one-hour window to request an address edit, and we’ll do our best to make the change, though we can’t guarantee it.
If we’re unable to update the address, you may need to reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. Please note that if your order is undeliverable or returned due to incorrect shipping information, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your order is out for shipment, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If you won’t be home at the time of delivery, we recommend contacting your local carrier to arrange for the package to be held at a pick-up location for your convenience.

Product Questions
The Tote Bed is not machine washable. We recommend spot cleaning or hand washing with mild soap as needed and laying flat to dry. The water-resistant material makes it super easy to wipe clean and maintain.
The Tote Bed is designed for carrying both your and your dog's essentials. We advise against carrying your pet in it, as it may be unsafe and hasn't been tested for that purpose.
