$15 CAD flat-rate shipping within Canada
Shipping to the USA is calculated at checkout (based on dimensions & weight)
Shipping to the UK is calculated at checkout (based on dimensions & weight)
Shipping to Australia is calculated at checkout (based on dimensions & weight)

FREE pick up in Edmonton, AB (Pick up is South Edmonton. We will email pick up details once order is complete.)

Import Taxes & Duties

Wanderwag is not responsible for any import duties, VAT fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs, or taxes on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Starting August 28, 2025, new U.S. regulations mean that orders shipped from Canada to the United States are subject to duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays. Please allow additional time for international orders.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

All sale items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not available for shipped orders.

For local pickup orders in Edmonton, AB, exchanges for a different size may be accommodated within 7 days of when the order was dropped off for pickup, subject to product availability. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
