Shipping

International shipments will be sent with Chit Chats or Canada Post/USPS
Canadian shipments will be sent with UPS, Purolator, Chit Chats, or Canada Post.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada, USA, and Australia. We're working on expanding to more countries soon!

Shipping Costs

$15 CAD flat-rate shipping within Canada
$15 USD flat-rate shipping to the USA
$25 AUD flat-rate shipping to Australia 

Import Taxes & Duties

Wanderwag is not responsible for any import duties, VAT fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs, or taxes on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Starting August 28, 2025, new U.S. regulations mean that orders shipped from Canada to the United States are subject to duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking, so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and postal service delays. Please allow extra time.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping fees and duties. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all packaging and tags attached. If returned items appear used or are not in new condition, the return may be denied and the purchaser will be responsible for arranging return shipping.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds for international orders that are not collected or are refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, as these charges are outside of our control.

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases. Promotions and flash sales are limited-time events and apply only to new orders.
